If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me in understanding the nature of the reactive mind and seeing something - a path you could walk to get to the level of Clear if you wanted to.
